Keep this for 1 hour.3) After 1 hour, fry the ribs in a pan with little oil. Both sides should turn brown in color.
Keep this aside when done.
5) In the same pan, add oil if required and fry the onion, green chillies, cloves, bay leaves and cinnamon in it.6) Saute it till dark color. 7) Add the turmeric, salt, mutton masala and coriander leaves.
Mix it well.9) Add the fried lamb ribs and 1 cup water. Cover and cook it.
Do not stir it continuously, but check in between.11) When done, evaporate the excess water and allow the masala to coat well in the ribs.
