- Lamb ribs : 5 - 6 nos
- Onion : 2 nos (slices) -
- Green chillies : 4 nos (slices) -
- Bay leaves : 1 no -
- Cloves : 2 nos -
- Cinnamon : 1 stick -
- Mutton masala powder : 1 tsp -
- Pepper : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Salt : a pinch -
- Coriander leaves : 1 bunch -
For marination:
- Curd : 2 tsp -
- Garam masala powder : 1 tsp -
- Pepper : 2 tsp -
- Garlic : 2 tsp (chopped) -
- Ginger : 1 tsp (chopped) -
- Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
- Marinate the lamb ribs with curd, ginger, garlic, garam masala, pepper and salt.
- Keep this for 1 hour.3) After 1 hour, fry the ribs in a pan with little oil. Both sides should turn brown in color.
- Keep this aside when done.
- Mix it well.9) Add the fried lamb ribs and 1 cup water. Cover and cook it.
- Do not stir it continuously, but check in between.11) When done, evaporate the excess water and allow the masala to coat well in the ribs.
- Add few more coriander leaves and serve hot.
