- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Basmathi rice - 1/2 kg
- Fried onion - 100 gm
- Curd - 200 gm
- Ginger garlic paste - 4 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Biriyani masala - 1 tsp
- Salt(as per taste) -
- Lemon - 1
- Coriander leaves and mint - 1 full
- Bay leaf - 1
- Star anise - 1
- Cloves - 3
- Cardamom - 2
- Cinnamon - 2
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 1/4 cup
- Fresh cream - 1/4 cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Saffron - 10 string

Instructions
- Now add salt and lemon juice and curd mix well and marinate for 2 hours
- Now add rice and cook half and strain out
- Now add rice and sprinkle fried onion mint, and coriander
- Now pour in biriyani and close lid and keep on hot tawa and make sure that flame should me low and cook for 20 minutes
- Now its ready to open lid and mix gently
- Its ready to serve with curries or raita Lucknowi Chicken biriyani is ready
