Corn meal, grated radish and other ingredients are mixed together into a round lump and finally rolled out into rotis
Instructions
- Make a dough like chapathy. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Make small balls out of the dough and spread into small rotis smearing oil using a roller pin.
- Cook the rotis both sides in a hot tawa sprinkiling some ghee till crispy.
- Makki spinach roti, a helathy and nutritious evening time snacks for kids as well as elders is ready. Serve hot with some pickle.
