  • Take a frying pan and pour coconut oil. Heat the pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins till golden.
  • Fry the banana cubes in the same coconut oil.
  • Mix the fried banana cubes, cashew nuts and raisins.
  • Beat the eggs and add sugar and beat again until frothy.
  • Smear some ghee in a baking tray and pour a portion of the egg mixture.
  • Add the banana mixture and pour the remaining egg mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle cardamom powder on top and bake in an oven for 20 minutes.
  • Malabar kaipola is ready and enjoy
