Kaipola is a tea time snack with the main ingredient as banana. Apt for festival occasions.

Instructions
- Take a frying pan and pour coconut oil. Heat the pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins till golden.
- Fry the banana cubes in the same coconut oil.
- Beat the eggs and add sugar and beat again until frothy.
- Sprinkle cardamom powder on top and bake in an oven for 20 minutes.
- Malabar kaipola is ready and enjoy
