  • Take a deep bowl and add eggs, water, coconut milk and turmeric powder and whisk lightly. Add cumin seeds.
  • Mix in the flour little by little so that there are no lumps.
  • Strain the batter through a fine sieve.
  • Heat a medium non stick pan and grease it with ghee.
  • Fill the roti mould or jelebi mould with batter and using circular motion make a a thin lacy pancake.
  • Cook until set. :-cook only on one side.
  • Carefully fold from the sides first, then roll it up to form a roll. :-add a little water if the batter is too thick.
  • Make roti jala likewise and stack it on a plate.
  • :- Malaysian Lacey Pancake is ready!!! :- Serve the Malaysian Lacey Pancake hot with any chicken curry. :- Enjoy eating Malaysian Lacey Pancake!!
