Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 1/2 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup Raisins Onakka munthiri
  • 200 ml Sugar syrup
  • Ghee for frying

Instructions
 

  • Mix flour and milk to a smooth batter. Add raisins and mix well. If it is too thick, you can add a little water to adjust the consistency.
  • Heat a non stick pan on a medium heat.
  • Spread a tsp of ghee on it.
  • Drop one-third cupful batter onto the pan. Do not spread.
  • Cook for a minute or till the edges can be lifted.
  • Turn the pancake. Cook for another 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Dip it in the sugar syrup for 3 minutes.
  • :- Serve hot.
