  • Dissolve the sugar in a little hot water.
  • Crush the ice cubes in a blender.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients except the mint and blend further.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with a mint leaf.

    this got a whole bunch of us hooked..thank you
    we made a change though for every one cup of pulp…3/4 of milk and 3/4 of yogurt.

    its great but if u are using canned coconut milk add only about 1/2 a cup as it is thicker. loved it though
