- Basmati rice : 2 cup -
- Tomato chopped : 1 no -
- Cashew nut : 4 tsp -
- Masala powder : 3 tsp ( coriander,cumin and cinnamon powder ) -
- Green chilli : 3 nos -
- Bay leaves : 2 nos -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Onion sliced : 1 no -
- Potato cubed : 1 no -
- Cauliflower : 1 cup -
- Curry leaves: 5 - 6 nos
- Mustard seeds : 1 tsp -
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp -
- Hing : a pinch -
- Ginger paste : 2 tsp -
- Green peas : 1 cup boiled -
- Spring onion green : for garnish -
- Grated coconut : ½ tsp -
For spice powder :
- Coriander seeds : 3 tsp -
- Cumin seeds : 2 tsp -
- Cinnamon stick : 1 inch -
- Cloves 5 nos -

Instructions
- Heat a pan add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick and cloves.
- Fry them till it turn golden colour. Grind them coarsely and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add bay leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hing and some curry leaves. Fry for few seconds.
- Now add chopped onion stir until it became golden colour.
- Add turmeric powder, slitted green chillies, ginger paste and grinded masala and red chilli powder Stir for 2 minutes.
