My suggestion to the question:While u take out from fridge, warm only the rasmalai for few mins ,then add to the milk syrup and serve!
No offense, but have to tell this.. this isn`t the recipe of original ras malai.. ras malai is made from paneer.. but I know this is a great tasting recipe coz my mom used to make something with the same ingredients & procedure.. but shouldnt have named ras malai
when u chill the rasmalais it bcums hard……how can i prevent this from happening………….?????does any1 know?
first of all its not from vanita, n where its said that recipes shud be originally one`s own recipe ? u mean one can only post their own recipe…so funny!

i was always looking out for a simple rasmalai
usually i have seen these kinda recipes done with paneer,koya n stuffs,this was substituted with eggs,i must tell everyone that it hardly took 10mins to make it!
do try this one for sure and u will enjoy eating it all day!
