  • Combine milk powder, egg, baking powder and oil(1 tbsp)and make small balls.
  • Boil milk.
  • Add sugar & cardamom powder.
  • Simmer till three-fourth milk remains.
  • Put the balls in the milk and cook for 8 - 10 mins.
  • Pour in a dish and let it cool.
  • Decorate with finely chopped pistachios.

    My suggestion to the question:While u take out from fridge, warm only the rasmalai for few mins ,then add to the milk syrup and serve!

    No offense, but have to tell this.. this isn`t the recipe of original ras malai.. ras malai is made from paneer.. but I know this is a great tasting recipe coz my mom used to make something with the same ingredients & procedure.. but shouldnt have named ras malai

    when u chill the rasmalais it bcums hard……how can i prevent this from happening………….?????does any1 know?
