Instructions
- take whole spice and tie and small cloth
- Soak rice and boil 50 percent and keep aside
- deep fry onions and keep aside
- Mix well and marinate for 10 ,mins
- Now topping fried onions and mint and coriander and garam masala
- likewise do going rice portion and if want add saffron and garam masala cook high flame in 5 mins and keep tawa in bottom remaining 15 mins in low falme
- Now its ready to serve mushroom dum biriyani
