Mutton Kuruma Easy Mutton Kuruma 1/2 kg Mutton1/4 cup Oil3 small Cinnamon (Karugapatta)6 nos Cloves (Grambu)3 nos Cardamom (Elakka)1/2 cup Onions (chopped length-wise)1 tsp Ginger (chopped length-wise)12 nos Garlic cloves4 nos Green chillies2 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Chilly powder1/4 cup Curd (not sour)1 tbsp Lemon juice1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)3 leaves Mint leaves (Pudhina)1/2 cup Coconut Milk1 tsp All purpose flour (Maida)Salt (As reqd) Mix together coriander powder and chilly powder with water and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and fry till, they turn brown.Add cinnamon sticks, cloves and cardamom pods and stir well.Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir well.Keep this mixture aside. Heat some more oil in the same pan.Saute the chilly-coriander powders mixed with water.Add the mutton pieces, curd, salt along with enough boiled water and cook well. When mutton is almost cooked, add the kept aside mixture along with lemon juice, coriander leaves and mint leaves. Mix the maida in milk and add to the curry, when mutton is fully cooked.
