Dosas made from raw rice - very famous South Indian dish

Ingredients
- Raw Rice - 2 cups
- Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) - 3/4 cup
- Red gram(Thuvaraparippu) - 2 tbsp
- Bengal gram(Kadalaparippu) - 2 tbsp
- Green gram(Cheruparippu) - 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1 tsp
- Cooked rice - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Soda(optional) -
- Butter(optional) -

Instructions
- Soak black gram and fenugreek seeds separately for 6 hrs.
- Soak raw rice, red gram, green gram, Bengal gram, cooked rice separately for 6 hrs.
- Grind them to make a batter which is neither too thick nor too thin.
- Allow this batter to get fermented for 6 hrs.
- Add salt and a pinch of soda before making dosas.
- Make dosas the usual way.
- Add butter on top, if desired.
- :- Serve with chutney and sambar.
