Naadan Mathanga Palu Curry
Pure Vegetarian Curry with Pumpkin With Step by Step Pictures
Ingredients
- Pumpkin (Mathanga) : ½ kg
- Chilly powder : 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp
- Salt : to taste
- Sambar Parippu : ¼ of a small bowl
- Coconut : ½ no
- Jeera powder : ¼ tsp
- Curry leaves : 2 leaves
Instructions
- Grind coconut in a mixer.
- Mix coconut puree and jeera powder with the boiled Mathanga.
- Add curry leaves.
- Mathanga Palu Curry ready.
