- Tamarind juice - 1 cup
- Jaggery(crushed, Sharkara) - 3 nos
- Dry red chillies(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 3 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds(Uluva) - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For preparing nadan inji puli, heat tawa and splutter mustard, fenugreek and curry leaves.
- Add ginger and green chillies.
- Lightly thicken and serve. Nadan inji puli is ready.
