  • For preparing Nattu Kozhi Kuzhambu In Village Style, take a pan and add oil 1 tsp and jeera and bell pepper.
  • Then add portion of curry leaves and onions.
  • Saute well and add Chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.
  • Add curry masala powder and fennel seeds. Mix well.
  • Add coconut and poppy seed and mix well. Off the flame and allow to cool.
  • Grind the masala mixture and keep aside.
  • In a pan add oil and mustard and chopped onions and curry leaves.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for few mins.
  • Add nattu kozhi and mix well, add turmeric and salt and close lid and cook for few mins.
  • Add ground masala, mix well and add water and allow to boil.
  • Now its ready to serve. Serve with rice or dosa or idly.
