Ingredients
- Rice - 1 big
- Onion(sliced length wise, big) - 2 nos
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cinnamon sticks(Karugapatta) - 4 nos
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 8 nos
- Mint leaves(Pudhina) - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Pour oil in the cooker.
- When the oil turns hot, add the sliced onions.
- Add the green chillies.
- Add the tomatoes and the chilli powder.
- Add the pudhina, coriander leaves and salt.
- Add the rice and stir the mixture for 2 mins.
- Add 2 full glasses of water(double quantity of the rice taken).
- Pressure cook upto 2 whistles.
- Open the cooker after pressure, mix the rice well and serve hot.
