4 nos Carrots (medium sized)1 tsp Powdered cardamom (Elaichi)1/4 milkmaid Condensed Milk2 Cups Whole Milk1/2 Cup Sugar2 tbsp GheeCashewnuts and Pista (for garnish, optional) Grate the carrots.Heat the pan and put the 2 tablespoons of ghee into it.Add the carrots and saute for 2 minutes.Add the condensed milk and keep stirring till the milk blends with the carrots.Add the whole milk and keep stirring.Add the sugar and the elaichi.Keep stirring till the desired consistency is attained.Garnish with Cashewnuts and Elaichi.Tip:- Keep stirring in 8 shaped manner when adding milk.:- This may be eaten cold or warm.
