Ingredients
- Basmati rice - 1 cup
- Carrot - 1 no
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Cauliflower(chopped) - 1 cup
- Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Garlic pods - 2 nos
- Onion - 1 no
- Chillies - 3 nos
- Cashewnuts -
- Raisins(Onakkamunthiri) -
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1" stick
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 1 no
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook the rice and allow it to cool by mixing little ghee to it.
- Cut all vegetables lengthwise and cook excluding onion and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cloves, cinnamom, cardamom and turmeric powder. Fry till golden.
- Add onions, green chillies and garlic and fry till onions becomes translucent.
- Add all cooked vegetables and fry for a few minutes.
- Add rice and salt.
- Garnish with fried cashew nuts, raisins and coriander leaves.
