2 cups Strong black coffee powder200 g Castor sugar30 g Gelatin (soaked in 1/4 cup hot water)200 g Walnuts (peeled and chopped)2 1/2 cup Fresh cream6 nos Eggs (separated and beaten) For preparing nutty coffee soufflT, mix together the egg yolks with coffee and sugar till well blended in a bowl.Place the yolk bowl in hot water and mix till the mixture is thick and creamy.
