  • 2 cups Strong black coffee powder
  • 200 g Castor sugar
  • 30 g Gelatin soaked in 1/4 cup hot water
  • 200 g Walnuts peeled and chopped
  • 2 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 6 nos Eggs separated and beaten


  • For preparing nutty coffee soufflT, mix together the egg yolks with coffee and sugar till well blended in a bowl.
  • Place the yolk bowl in hot water and mix till the mixture is thick and creamy. Let it cool.
  • Then mix in the cream, gelatin, coffee powder mixture and 3/4 this of the walnuts.
  • Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
  • Then pour the mixture in a shallow dish, garnish with the leftover walnuts, chill thoroughly.
  • Nutty coffee soufflT is ready. Serve chilled.
