2 cups Oats1 no Onion3-4 nos Green Chilies (Cut into small pices)1 piece Ginger2 nos Red chilies (Kollamulaku)1/2 tsp Mustard seedCurry leaves (Few)Salt (As reqd)2 tsp Coconut oil15 no Beans (cut into small pieces)3 nos Carrot (cut into small pieces)2 nos Tomato (cut into small pieces)Peas (A handful) Heat oil in a pan.Add enough water for boiling oats and let the water boil.Add some salt to the water and add the oats. Stir it continuously until cooked (do not add more water, let all the water to evaporate). Keep it aside.Heat oil in another pan, splutter mustard seeds, add whole red chilies, onion, ginger, green chillies and curry leaves to it.Add beans, carrot, peas and required salt, sautT it for 3-4 minutes.Add the above prepared oats to the vegitable mix and stir it continuously, then add tomatoes.Serve hot.
