  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 cup Chicken shredded
  • 4 nos Bread slices
  • 5 nos Green olives pitted and sliced
  • 1/2 tbsp Lettuce chopped
  • 1 no Tomato sliced
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Butter As reqd
  • Black pepper As reqd
  • Salt As reqd


  • First crack the eggs in a mixing bowl and blend well. Add milk, chicken, pepper, required salt and mix well.
  • Heat butter in a pan and scramble the egg mixture. Stir in the sliced green olives. Stir in low heat for a few seconds.
  • Take a buttered bread slice and spread the egg olives mixture.
  • Meanwhile, mix lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and ketchup together. Season with required salt and pepper.
  • Top the bread slice with mayonnaise mixture. Place a buttered bread slice on top.
  • Olive and egg sandwich, a tasty as well as nutritious snack for kids as well as elders, is ready.
