- Egg - 2 nos
- Carrot(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Mushroom(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Green pepper(finely chopped, Capsicum) - 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 tsp
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- garlic(grated) - 2 tsp
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Red chilly powder(A pinch) -
- Tomato Ketchup - 2 tsp

- Cheese slices(As reqd) -
- Tomato(Few, chopped) -
- Breakfast cream - 1 tbsp

Instructions
- For preparing omelette sandwich with veggies, first heat some oil in a pan and sautT chopped carrot, green pepper, garlic, and green chillies.
- Stir in chopped mushroom and sautT well. Keep the pan with veggies aside.
- Beat eggs with 1 tsp milk in a bowl.
- Add required salt, black pepper, chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.
- Now, heat the pan with sauted vegetables and pour the egg mixture over the veggies.
- Cook in low flame and drop some oil around the omelette. When both sides of omelette are done, remove from flame.
- Cut the omelette in half. Place the omelette, cheese slice and chopped tomatoes on cream spread slices.
- Take the other bread slice and place it on top.
- Roast the omelette sandwich with veggies in a sandwich maker till both sides turn golden brown.
- Omelette sandwich with veggies, a nutritional as well as delicious snack with kids as well as elders is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
