  1. For preparing omelette sandwich with veggies, first heat some oil in a pan and sautT chopped carrot, green pepper, garlic, and green chillies.
  2. Stir in chopped mushroom and sautT well. Keep the pan with veggies aside.
  3. Beat eggs with 1 tsp milk in a bowl.
  4. Add required salt, black pepper, chilly powder, turmeric powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  5. Now, heat the pan with sauted vegetables and pour the egg mixture over the veggies.
  6. Cook in low flame and drop some oil around the omelette. When both sides of omelette are done, remove from flame.
  7. Cut the omelette in half. Place the omelette, cheese slice and chopped tomatoes on cream spread slices.
  8. Take the other bread slice and place it on top.
  9. Roast the omelette sandwich with veggies in a sandwich maker till both sides turn golden brown.
  10. Omelette sandwich with veggies, a nutritional as well as delicious snack with kids as well as elders is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
