- Papaya 1 -
- Prawns 1 cup -
- onion 1 -
- Green Chilly : 3 -
- Dried redchilly powder 2 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Salt as needed -
- Mustard : 1 tsp -
- Oil as needed -
- Curry leaves : 2 spring -

Instructions
- Peel off the skin of papaya
- Cut it to small pieces
- Heat a pan and pour oil in it.
- When oil is hot, pour mustard
- Put onion and green chilly to it.
- When it sauted well put prawns
- Close the pan to make the prawns half cooked. then add turmeric powder and chilly powder to it
- Stir well
- Add papaya and salt
- Saute it well, add little water if needed. close the pan to make it cooked
- In between stir the papaya mix
- Close the pan again and allow it to get cooked
- Pour curry leaves also
- When its cooked serve hot.
- Its good along with rice appam and chappathi
