Ingredients
- Potatoes - 2 nos
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Carrots - 2 nos
- Cauliflower(chopped) - 1 cup
- Tomatoes - 2 nos
- Onions - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Pav bhaji masala powder or use any other masala powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -
- Pav(As reqd, Bun) -
- For grinding: -
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic pods - 4 nos
- Green chillies - 3 nos

Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and pressure cook them.
- Peel and mash the cooked potatoes.
- Heat oil and ghee in a pan and season with cumin seeds.
- Add onions and fry till they become translucent.
- Add ground masala and fry.
- When the oil separates, add finely chopped tomatoes and fry till it is mashed.
- Add mashed potatoes and other cooked vegetables, chilly powder, coriander powder, salt , sugar and masala powder.
- Pour enough water to make it a thick gravy. Try to mash vegetables while it is boiling.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and finely cut onions.
- Cut bun horizontally into half or dinner rolls can be used as pav.
- Apply little ghee/butter from the inside.
- Stuff masala inside and microwave for 30 seconds and serve with little more masala on its side.
