250 ml Milk2 nos Green cardamom (crushed, Elakka)1 1/2 tbsp Sugar2 tbsp Rice flour1-2 tbsp Almonds (chopped)2 tbsp Pista (chopped) For preparing phirini, heat milk in a pan till it comes to a boil and then reduce the flame and stir continuously.Add the rice flour while stirring the milk to prevent lumps.Add sugar and stir continuously till it begins to thicken.Add chopped almonds and pista.Transfer the mixture into serving bowls and garnish with dry fruits and crushed cardamom.Refrigerate it for 3 hours.Phirini is ready.
