  • Sprinkle salt in wheat flour and mix well.
  • Mix the flour with water to form a soft dough. Knead it until smooth.
  • Pluck out small portions of the dough and roll it into poori. While rolling, sprinkle more flour to avoid sticking.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolled poori`s. Serve hot with curry.
