Ingredients
- Potatoes - 4 nos
- Green capsicum(large) - 2 nos
- Onion(large) - 1 no
- Green chillie - 1 no
- Ginger - 1/4 piece
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Corriander powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(a pich) -
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(As rqrd) -

Instructions
- Cut potatoes and capsicum , wash and keep aside in seperate container.
- Fry onion in oil,add in green chilli, ginger add fennel seeds, corriander powder, turmeric and pepper.
- Add potatoes, cover the kadai and cook on a low fire without adding salt till pototo is almost cooked.
- Add the salt as per taste.
- Add capsicum and cover and cook for a further 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!!!!
- :-This can be had with chappaties.
