Ground cooked prawns are mixed with onions, green chillies and other ingredients to make a tasty prawn cutlet

Ingredients
- Prawns - 250 g
- Onions - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 4 nos
- Ginger - 2 pieces
- Bread - 2 slices
- Bread crumbs - 1/4 cup
- Egg - 1 no
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Then grind the prawns well in a mixer grinder.
- Cut onions, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves into fine pieces.
- Take a vessel, and heat oil. Add the cut vegetables and stir it till the onions are cooked well.
- Remove the above mixture from flame and mix it well with the prawn.
- Make small balls and press it in desired shapes.
- Take the white part of an egg, dip the prawn cutlets in it and roll it in bread crumbs.
- Then fry it in oil till it becomes brown in color.
- Prawn cutlets, a yummy favorite with kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve it hot with ketchup.
