  • For preparing prawn cutlets, clean the prawns and cook it in salt water.
  • Then grind the prawns well in a mixer grinder.
  • Cut onions, ginger, green chillies and coriander leaves into fine pieces.
  • Take a vessel, and heat oil. Add the cut vegetables and stir it till the onions are cooked well.
  • Remove the above mixture from flame and mix it well with the prawn.
  • Dip bread slices in water, squeeze the water and knead it well with the above prawn mixture.
  • Make small balls and press it in desired shapes.
  • Take the white part of an egg, dip the prawn cutlets in it and roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Then fry it in oil till it becomes brown in color.
  • Prawn cutlets, a yummy favorite with kids as well as elders, is ready. Serve it hot with ketchup.
