- Rice flour - 2 cup
- Prawns - 250 g
- Onion - 2
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tsp
- garlic( chopped) - 1 tsp
- Green chilly(chopped) - 3
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala(pinch) -
- Curry leaves(as required) -
- Coriander leaves(as required) -

- For preparing prawns masala ada,marinat the cleaned prawns with chilly powder,turmeric powder,garam masala and sat.deep fry it in oil
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a vessel and saute onion,ginger,garlic,green chilly with 1/4 tsp turmeric powder until it gets light brown in color
- Add fried prawns in to it
- Add curry leaves and saute it again for 2 minutes
- Take a madium size ball from the kneaded dough and press it on a banana leaf.spoon in the masala into it and fold it
- Steam cook it for 20-30 minutes
- Serve it as an evening snack,break fast,dinner or while breaking fast
