Ingredients
- Kathal (jackfruit) cut into small cubes : 250 gm -
- Finely chopped tomatoes : 2 nos -
- Green chilies : 3 nos -
- Red chili powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Jeera powder :1 tsp -
- Dry mango powder : 1 tsp -
- Salt : as reqd -
- Oil : as reqd -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Sprinkle salt on the kathal cubes and fry them till brown.
- Take little amount of oil in a non-stick pan and add green chilies.
- Cook for about a minute and add the fried kathal.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, red chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Let it cook by covering the pan with a lid.
- When all the masalas get blended neatly in the kathal, remove the lid and add dry mango powder.
- Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
