Raisin And Chocolate Muffins

Raisin and Chocolate Muffins - Soft and rich in texture.

Ingredients

2 cups All purpose flour Maida
3/4 cup Sugar
2 nos Eggs whisked
120 gm Butter melted
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Soda bi carb
50 gm Chocolate chunks
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160 c.
In a large bowl mix together flour,raisins, baking powder, soda powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, butter and vanilla.
Add the butter mixture to the sieved flour and mix until the ingredients are just combined. :- Do not over beat the batter.
Spoon half the batter into the paper cups.
Place a piece of chocolate chunk in each pan and cover with the remaining batter. :- Fill the paper cups till 3/4 only.
Bake for 20 -25 minutes or until done.
:- Raisin and Chocolate Muffins is ready!! :- Enjoy eating Raisin and Chocolate Muffins!!!
Note:- The chocolate chunk in the center turns gooey when cooked as shown in picture
