Ingredients
- Pork(cleaned and chopped) - 1/2 kg
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 5 springs

Instructions
- For preparing rare pork dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato.
- Then add in the ground masala and sautT for 1 minute on low flame.
- Toss in the pork and potatoes. Mix it well and allow it to cook on low flame with required water.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and allow it to simmer till the water evaporates.
- Rare pork dry is ready. Serve hot.
