- Boil milk and when its rise up add lemon juice
- It starts to curdle and stir well when it leaves all water
- Now add ice cube and stop heat process and strain in cloth
- It should be hung for 15 minutes and squeeze excess water. rub like roti dough and open and see
- Now take small size and make ball and do as all
- Now turn flame into low and cook for 5 minutes and turn off . when pressure release and open and see . you can see its different in size.
- Now Transfer to store bowl and allow to cool and when it cool serve it. Rasagulla is ready
