- garlic - 8 pods
- Tomato - 1
- Coriander(as needed) -
- Curry leaves(as needed) -
- Tamarind(tennis ball size) -
- Cumin and pepper - 2 tsp
- Mustard - ½ tsp
- Fenugreek seeds - ½ tsp

Instructions
- Crush the garlic pods, cut the chilli
- In a vessel, add oil and heat it. Add mustard and wait till it spurts.
- Add fenugreek and fry till the color changes
- Add the cumin-pepper powder, garlic, chilly, coriander and curry leaves and fry.
- Add the turmeric powder and stir
- Let it boil
- Serve with rice.
