Instructions
- prepare buttermilk from curd
- cut the raw banana into round shape
- in a bowl add maida, corn flour, salt, red chili powder and colour powder
- add butter milk and mix it
- make as a thick batter
- dip the raw banana one by one
- heat the oil and fry it
- crispy crunchy raw banana fritter is ready to serve. serve with chutney or sauce
