Baked beef curry with cooked rice, veggies and other ingredients

  • 250 g Cooked beef chopped
  • 125 g Cooked long grain rice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp All Purpose Flour Maida
  • 1/2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • Pepper As reqd, freshly ground
  • 50 g Peas
  • 1 no Carrot chopped
  • 1 no Onion chopped
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 no Boiled egg sliced


  • For preparing rice in baked beef curry, first heat butter in a pan, add curry powder, maida and cook for a minute.
  • Pour milk and add soya sauce. Boil and simmer stirring for 2 minutes.
  • Season with pepper and salt.
  • Add cooked beef, peas, carrot and onion. Stir well to coat the veggies with the sauce. 5)Add the cooked rice and transfer the curry to a microwave friendly bowl. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes until the veggies are done..
  • Rice in baked beef curry is ready. It is a yummy Chinese cuisine. Serve hot & garnished with a sliced boiled egg.
