  • 2 cups Rice raw
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Gelatine soak it in hot water
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 2 pieces Cinnamon Karugapatta


  • For preparing rice jelly, wash the rice well and soak it with cinnamon for about 45 minutes.
  • Then cook it with 4 cups water until soft.
  • Mash it thoroughly and cool. Add sugar and milk powder.
  • Blend in the gelatine solution. Keep in fridge to set
  • Serve with chocolate sauce.
