Add pimentos, onion, garlic and saute for a few minutes.Add vinegar, honey and quails. Cook quails in low heat on both sides for 5 minutes.Add white wine, dijon mustard, black pepper, chopped dill, capers and cook in low heat until the gravy thickens and the quails are cooked.Roasted quails with dill sauce is ready.
