Instructions
- Make mini idly with idly batter
- In pan add oil and temper mustard , fenugreek, cumin and asafoetida
- Saute onion and curry leaves, green chili
- Now add tomato and saute well
- Now add all powder and saute well
- Now add dal and make to boil for 2 min
- now sambhar is ready and pour sambhar in bowl of mini idly and add ghee and chopped Onions and coriander leaves. Now mini idly is ready
