  • Clean and wash the spinach and drain of all the water.
  • In a large pan, heat sesame oil over high heat until very hot, almost smoking.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté till it turns golden brown in color.
  • Add whole red chillies and sauté for a minute.
  • Enter Step
  • Add the spinach, salt and sugar and cook, turning continuously till the spinach wilts. Add freshly ground black pepper.
  • Toss well and serve.
