- All purpose flour(Maida) - 200 g
- Butter(softened) - 100 g
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Water - 50 ml
- Salt(A pinch) -

Instructions
- Pour water and knead it well in a processor. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
- Roll it and put it over into a baking dish. Prick the base of the pastry and pinch the sides, to avoid it from rising.
- Bake it till done.
- Short crust pasty is ready.
- Note: 1)You could also cook it by adding in dry beans to stop it from rising.
