Ingredients
- Peeled Drumstick (wash and cut) : 3 nos -
- Coriander seeds : 1 ½ tsp -
- Curry leaves : 2 stem -
- Whole red chilly : 3 nos -
- Red chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ¼ tsp -
- Dry mango powder : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Pepper powder : ½ tsp -
- Grated coconut : 4 tsp -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Water : as needed (to boil the drumstick) -

Instructions
- Boil the drumstick with turmeric powder and salt till soft.
- Enter Step
- Heat oil in a pan, add coriander seeds, curry leaves, and whole red chilly stir till it turn into a light brown colour .
- Add drumstick, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, dry mango powder.
- Stir well and keep few seconds in the low flame.
- Add grated coconut and stir well.
- Remove into a serving bowl.
