Instructions
- In bowl add Maida and all ingredients for dough mix roughly
- Now add water and make dough and keep aside for 2 hours
- Now roast the fried gram and allow to cool
- Now grind fried gram and mix all together
- Now make small ball of dough and roll it
- Now keep the filling in middle
- Close and seal it with your hands ans shape with fork like this ( see pic)
- Deep fry in the oil and drain
- Now its ready to serve and store for week
