Something Special

For preparing something special, combine the margarine and sugar together and mix thoroughly.

Add the egg and flour little by little and mix thoroughly.

Divide the mixture into small balls(lemon-sized) and press each into small cake tins.

Fill the centre with some jam and nuts.

Bake in a pre-heated oven oven at 400ª until done.

Serve when cool with cream.
