- Soya chunks : 2 cups -
- Onion – 1 no (chopped -

- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Coriander powder: 1 ½ tsp -
- Chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Salt(as reqd) -

- In a pan, heat oil and fry onion, ginger, 1 green chilly, garlic and garam masala.2) When onions turn color, add turmeric, chilli powder and coriander powder.
- Reduce the flame into low and fry the onion.4) When the masala turn into brown color, grind into paste.5) Heat little oil in a pressure cooker, fry the onion, green chillies and tomato.
