Ingredients
- Soya chunks(soaked in water, Meal maker) - 100 gm
- Onion(sliced thinly, medium) - 2 nos
- Tomato(Medium) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) -
- Garlic pods(finely chopped) - 6 nos
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
- Cashewnuts(soaked in water) - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind together the grated coconut and the soaked cashew nuts into a paste.
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add tomatoes followed by all the powders including salt and sautT.
- Switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
- Grind together the above mixture in a mixer grinder into a smooth paste.
- Heat up a pan or a kadai.
- Add the above paste along with the soya chunks and allow it to cook for 15 mins.
- When the soya chunks are done, add the cashew-coconut paste.
- Simmer for 5 mins.
- :- Adjust the level of salt.
- When it starts to thicken, remove from flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
