Soyabean Masala
Soyabeans with other ingredients
Ingredients
- 2 cups Soyabeans soaked in water for 10 hours
- 2 nos Onions chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
- 3 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 2 nos Tomatoes chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp Celery chopped
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
Instructions
- Saute cumin seeds and pepper powder in oil. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry for a while.
- Add in turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and pepper powder. Saute well with salt.
- Add tomatoes and fry well.
- Soyabean masala is ready. Serve hot.
