Ingredients: 2 cups Soyabeans (soaked in water for 10 hours); 2 nos Onions (chopped); 2 tbsp Ginger paste; 1 tbsp Garlic paste; 1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam); 3 tsp Coriander powder; 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder; 1 tsp Pepper powder; 1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder; 1/2 tsp Garam masala; 2 nos Tomatoes (chopped); 1 1/2 cups Coconut milk; 1/4 cup Coriander leaves; 2 tbsp Celery (chopped); 2 tbsp Oil; Salt (As reqd)

2 cups Soyabeans soaked in water for 10 hours
2 nos Onions chopped
2 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
3 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Pepper powder
1 1/2 tsp Chilly powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 nos Tomatoes chopped
1 1/2 cups Coconut milk
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Celery chopped
2 tbsp Oil
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing soyabean masala, cook soyabeans in salt water.
Saute cumin seeds and pepper powder in oil. Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and chopped onion. Fry for a while.
Add in turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala and pepper powder. Saute well with salt.
Add tomatoes and fry well.
Then add rest of the ingredients: soyabeans, coconut milk, coriander leaves, celery, required salt and mix well. Allow it to boil and cook in low flame. Remove it from the flame when done.
Soyabean masala is ready. Serve hot.
