- Corn - 1/4 cup

- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- cooked corn - 1/4 cup
- Maida - 1/4 cup
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- Take cooked potatoes in a dish.
- Add chilli powder to this.
- Mix potato,salt and chilli powder mix well properly.
- Add corn to this and mix well.
- Add coriander leaves to this and roll it into a dough.
- Divide the mixture into small patties.
- Take maida and little water mix it well ,dip this patties in this maida mix .
- And then roll in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry these patties for 2 to 3 minutes until it becomes golden brown.
- Now special aaloo tikki is ready to serve.
