- Chicken - 1 kg
- Onion(chopped) - 3 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 2 tsp
- garlic(finely chopped) - 5 cloves
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Spinach - 2 bunches
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Mint leaves(Few) -
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 3 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Salt(Few) -
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Fresh cream(beaten) - 1/2 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing spicy chicken in green gravy, first cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, pepper powder(2 tsp), salt and lime juice. Keep aside for 2 hrs.
- Fry the marinated chicken pieces till crispy and keep aside.
- Boil the spinach leaves for 5 minutes and grind it with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
- Add chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder and ground spinach leaves.
- Saute well and add fried chicken pieces.
- When chicken is cooked, add cream and mix well. Simmer the flame.
- Finish it by sprinkling pepper powder and remove from flame.
- Serve hot with chapathi. Spicy chicken in green gravy, a yummy favorite, is ready.
