Spicy Chicken In Green Gravy Easy

  • For preparing spicy chicken in green gravy, first cut chicken into small pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, pepper powder(2 tsp), salt and lime juice. Keep aside for 2 hrs.
  • Fry the marinated chicken pieces till crispy and keep aside.
  • Boil the spinach leaves for 5 minutes and grind it with coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Add chilly powder, garam masala, coriander powder and ground spinach leaves.
  • Saute well and add fried chicken pieces.
  • Gently add little water and salt. Cover and cook for some time.
  • When chicken is cooked, add cream and mix well. Simmer the flame.
  • Finish it by sprinkling pepper powder and remove from flame.
  • Serve hot with chapathi. Spicy chicken in green gravy, a yummy favorite, is ready.
